As well, this blog is a humble approach to share my wild woman journey through anxiety, mental illness, addiction and spirituality to settle into my authentic self.
Perhaps, in some small way, my shared struggles, stumbles and successes will help you, if you too are walking this same path….
Finally, this blog is a journal of Michael and I’s life together.
