I’m an East Coast Canadian gal from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. My husband Michael and I are living the expat life in Doha, Qatar.
We both love to travel and blogging is a way to keep track of our adventures, share them with family and friends back home in Canada and perhaps be informative to other travelers researching their own adventures!!
Blogging about my daily life here in Qatar, the Middle East, reveals my journey of settling into what an expat life is like as I assimilate into a culture that is vastly different from my own back in Canada. Blogging captures my personal growth of originally experiencing Qatar with naive, enthusiastic eyes eager for new adventure with the gradual transition of slowly settling into a life here and the growing desire to have a deeper understanding of this world around me.
Lots of joy and laughter to you,
