Resilience
Is bouncing back from difficult situations. Sometimes I bounce back quickly. Other times, not so much. Depends on the amount of emotional pain involved. As I go through the pain, process the pain – come to understand it and why it hurts so much – and wrap myself with compassion – I begin to feel the strength to rise and begin again. A reset. A fresh start.
Just for today, I will not worry. I know I have the ability to be resilient, and bounce back, feeling stronger and wiser than I did before!
