Just For Today – I Will Not Worry

5 Principles of Reiki

Just for today, I will not worry

Just for today, I will not be angry

Just for today, I will do my work honestly

Just for today, I will be kind to all living things

Just for today, I will be grateful for my many blessings

Journey From the Head to the Heart

Is known to be the longest journey of them all…

The journey from the head down to heart can be challenging, because VULNERABILITY is sometimes a scary place to be.

The journey from the heart up to the head can be very quick – to protect the heart.

Yet, when I’m in my heart – I am the happiest – most at peace.

Faith

I’m not one to easily place my fears, my worries, into the hands of faith – at times having faith feels too scary, too vulnerable.

My worries, my fears are up in my head.

Faith is located way down there, in my heart.

Yet, this faith in my heart is worthy of further exploration.

To let go and let life unfold as it will, by replacing unreasonable fear with reasonable faith.

Replacing unreasonable fear with reasonable faith.

Just for today I will not worry…. I will take the journey from my head to my heart!
