Everyone Has Plans

What are your plans for today, tomorrow, and the future? Do you have clear steps on how you will accomplish your plans?

I like to have clear, defined steps on how I am going to get from A to B. Especially with long term plans, that will take many steps, from A to Z!!

If steps are uncertain, or the path to getting there seems overwhelming and unclear – I freeze with anxiety.

I work much better with small, clear steps to help get me to where I am going.

When I have a small step that I can accomplish today, that brings me one step closer to achieving a goal, I can focus on the task at hand and feel at peace.

Just for today, I will stay focused on the task at hand.

I will not worry, I will feel peace.
