34 Weeks to Half Marathon
My goal is to run the Valley Harvest Half Marathon, on Sunday, October 11th in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. 21.1km.
Sunday – Long Run Day – 7km Goal Achieved!

Monday – Heritage Day Run!
Monday was a provincial holiday, allowing me the pleasure of a mid-morning run!!



Tuesday – Beautiful Moon In A Clear Night Sky



Wednesday – Slushy, Soaked Feet
This run was a challenge because both the road and the gravel sidewalk were difficult to run. The road was slippery with slush. The rocky sidewalk was deep with cold, wet slush!!




Thursday – Wednesday’s Slushy Footprints – Frozen in Place!




Friday – BEST RUN YET!!
I decided to change my route and turn right instead of left on Highway #14, running towards Chester with the added benefits of hills! This morning it was -20° Celsius!!! I felt strong and I reached my goal of increasing my speed!!! I could feel my pace starting to develop!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!





Saturday – Day Off
