This morning I am thinking about activities I really like to do, that make me feel good. Activities where motivation to participate is authentic, meaning no external factor is influencing my desire to partake in something. Now, there is nothing wrong with trying something new at someone else’s request or an activity that looks interesting, but perhaps isn’t a fit.

What I am writing about is that feeling deep in you belly, when you know you are participating, practicing, actively involved in something… because your soul craves it.

Deep inside there are callings, callings to sing, dance, write, ride horses, kayak, snowboard, practice energy work, cook, bake, garden….just waiting to be explored!!!

Just for today, I will work honestly to hear my soul’s calling so I can become the best possible me!
