At least I think this is a Hawksbill sea turtle – it is difficult to identify precisely by looking at these pictures because I didn’t get a clear enough shot of his (or her) beak. I’m thinking maybe a Hawksbill because the beak does seem to have a sharper, more curved edge? I might be wrong….
This was such a pleasant surprise! The day before, I had been on a sea turtle snorkeling tour and swam with them! Click here to read about it! Today, I had been snorkeling with nurse sharks, reef sharks, moray eels, beautiful coral reef fish and another sea turtle!! This was such an amazing day!!!
