This is an amazing week at work!!! Faculty, staff and students bring almost 90 countries and cultures of the world to ASD!
The Parade of Flags is a highlight!!! The feeling in the air is electric as so many people from so many countries are gathered together to celebrate community!!
This is the only time in the school year when the entire school is assembled together!!
Me, with the grade 4 class I brought to the parade because their teacher gets overwhelmed with crowds and noise. I looked directly at Sherry (coworker) when she took my picture…probably right after I told a student for the eighteenth time to sit on their bum!!
