On our way to Mississauga, we had a stop in Millbrook. While Michael took care of family business at the small government office, I walked the village!
I stopped for a pedicare at Nancy’s Oasis Boutique! Nancy is from Millbrook and has owned the shop for 16 years (I think?).
This is one of my favorite ingredients of travel – finding great places to eat!!! Nancy recommended the Butter Chicken Nachos at Pastry Peddler across the street. All food is locally sourced with locally crafted beer. The nachos were good. Michael and I both agreed the butter tarts needed more innards and less pastry! But it was still a tasty treat!!
