Summer Break is just around the corner and the start of it is in Greece!

I’ve 10 days in Athens before Michael arrives because his summer break begins later than mine.

I am in Athens on my own for three days. This is the view of the Parthenon from the AirBnb apartment I’ve rented for my/our time in Athens! During these days maybe I will find my inner goddess……

Then my crazy like me friend, Joan (you’ll know her from our trip/blog to Dubai together!) is flying from Denmark (she lives in Doha but is flying to her home country Denmark for the summer) to stay with me for three nights as we take Athens by storm.

After she leaves, I’ve one day to catch my breath to be ready when Michael joins me.  He’s already been to Athens – but not the islands.  We spend two days in Athens….then…

Michael and I lose ourselves on the Greek Islands!  We have nothing planned or booked yet.  So I have until June to research and blog what I find to keep me grounded until my feet hit the ancient land of Greece!!
