We returned to see the Christmas markets at night!
Our first stop was to get something to eat for supper at Maredo! Michael and I shared this tenderloin steak that was cooked to perfection with a soft, tender inside and a crispy outside!
Dogs were allowed inside the restaurant! This is a Parson Russel Terrier who had so much personality! I could see that terrier intelligence as he looked at me! This little guy is four years old and hunts with his owner. He retrieves wild boar, foxes and birds. His owner proudly showed us pictures of his dog at work….. one of his dog dragging a boar three times his size back to him!
Old Town Christmas Market Skating Rink
We then made our way through the Old Town Christmas Market with its skating rink, ferris wheel, food, drink and so much more…..

Harbour Christmas Market
It had started to rain but that didn’t dampen our spirit!! We walked along the Rhine and made our way to the Harbor Christmas Market. This market has a nautical theme selling mostly seafood dishes as well as international tents from around the world.
It was starting to rain a bit harder so we decided to call it a night and head back to the warmth of our hotel!
S, 🙂
This is making me very hungry.
