Paris – Day 1 – P.M.- Dinner Across the Rue at Au Chai de L’Abbaye!!

Champagne & escargot, red wine & medium rare steak, soufflé & champagne.  The escargot dripped in garlic…..the steak melted in my mouth, the soufflé an explosion of creaminess topped off with the sweet tickle of champagne……I LOVE PARIS!!!!!!
