Taking the Leap
The first pool at Wadi Shab is busy. It is the most accessible and is crowded with locals who enjoy jumping off one of the cliffs that surrounds the pool.
Michael jumped without any hesitation.
I am terrified of heights. I stood at the edge of the cliff and felt dizzy looking down. Only when a local teenage boy agreed to jump with me, I had the courage to take the leap!
I did it, and was so happy I pushed through my fear!
